About our translation services

We want to make our services accessible to everyone and recognise that English is not everyone’s first language. We provide a range of interpreting and translation facilities including:

•  Verbal translation through Language Line 
• Written translation
• TextDirect
• Braille
• Large print

Language Line

If you wish to contact PH Jones and your first language is not English we will provide an interpreter over the phone for you. We use the services of Language Line, an instant telephone interpretation service.

To use the service, telephone the local PH Jones telephone number. Once you have connected you will be asked for your:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Preferred language
• The nature of the enquiry you are making

An interpreter will then telephone you back and will provide translation.
