As part of our social housing contracts with Registered Social Landlords, we can also offer social housing leaseholders the same property maintenance services including:
- Boiler / appliance servicing (gas, oil and renewable)
- Boiler / central heating / appliance repairs (gas, oil and renewable)
- Attend boiler / central heating breakdowns (gas, oil and renewable)
- Three levels of boiler and central heating protection known as ServicePlan
The leaseholders social housing services are managed through the homeowner services division and all enquiries and appointment requests should be submitted by completing the online enquiry form or emailing leaseholders@phjones.co.uk

Leaseholder - Gas Appliance Maintenance & Safety Check Plan
H&F Homes has negotiated their leaseholders enhanced terms and conditions for servicing and repair services. All enquiries and appointment requests should be submitted by completing the online enquiry form or by emailing leaseholders@phjones.co.uk
H&F leaseholders can purchase Serviceplan, an “insurance product" exclusive to PH Jones that meets the needs of leaseholders in the event of a boiler breakdown and central heating repairs. There are three levels of Serviceplan available and the discounted prices, exclusive to H&F leaseholders are as follows:

If you would prefer to purchase services and fixed repairs (including labour and parts) we can offer you the following exclusive rates:
